Performance Logistics

Loading In

Please load in via the back of the venue. There is an alley way behind the venue and a door that will lead to the back of the stage area. A stage manager will help you load your gear into the venue and get it positioned to setup on stage. Once you are through loading in, park your vehicle in front of the venue along the street, or in the Donny Mack's parking lot next to the venue.

Setup Times

For the Thursday and Friday performances (only four performers each night), everyone needs to setup on the stage at the same time before the show. We will work as a team to arrange everyone on the stage in the most optimal way. Please be there at 7pm to setup and soundcheck. This allows 2 hours to setup and soundcheck before downbeat.

For the Saturday performances , please load in at least 1 hour before your performance (or more if you need more time to prepare your gear). If you want to load in before the event starts and store your gear back stage, you an do so any time after 1pm.

Setting Up On Stage (Saturday Performers Only)

There will be a very large, raised stage at the back of the venue. It will be separated into three virtual segments or areas. From the audience perspective, Stage Left is Stage A, Stage Middle is Stage B, and Stage Right is Stage C. The schedule shows what area of the stage you are on. Your stage area will easily accommodate a duo or trio, more if you arrange everyone appropriately.

Since there are three stage areas and performers play back-to-back in sequence on each stage area, you will have 1 hour to setup. You need to sound-check silently via headphones, as other performers will be playing. There will be a sub-mixer on each stage going to the main board, or if you bring your own mixer board, we will run that to the sub-mixer and then to the main board. If you have acoustic instruments or amps that need a microphone, then please set your levels based on past experience, and our soundman will have to dial you in the fly as you begin your performance.

Technical Requirements

Please send me you technical/stage requirements, and I will try to accommodate them. I will be bringing a few mic stands, mics, some tables, and some chairs for you to sit on.
